'School' is considered as a mediator between student and contributor.
‘AamaBa.org’ is considered as a facilitator among Student, School and Sponsor.

'Sponsor' means a User that offers and contributes donation or identifies as a donor through the website. A User may be both a school and a Sponsor under this agreement. 'User', 'You' or 'Your 'means all individuals who visit or use the website.

The website is an online platform where users offers and receives sponsorship. Students and donors must register for an account in order to contribute or receive. The website enables users to work together online to offer or receive donation and to use the services that we provide. We are not a party to any contractual agreements between donor and student in the online platform, we merely facilitate connections between the parties.

We may, from time to time, and without notice, change or add to the website or the information, sponsorship or services described in it. However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if any error occurs in the information on the website or if that information is not current.

User Services:Upon the user submitting the services over the website, and the donors' acceptance on the website, or the donation of sponsorship by an Student from the school, the donor and student will be deemed to have entered into a user contract under which the donor agrees to sponsor, and the student agrees to receive the donation. You agree not to enter into any contractual provisions in conflict with the user agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with your obligations to other users. If you do not, you may become liable to that (other) user.

If any user breaches any obligation to you, you are solely responsible for enforcing any rights that you may have. For the avoidance of doubt, we have no responsibility for enforcing any rights under a user contract.

Funds:We reserve the right to collect any funds owed to us by any other legal means. You acknowledge and agree that:

Donation: full payment on bigining of month

Sponsorship: Full payment every month.

Every year increasing amount % added on donation from relevent date.

Must pay the full donation amount by end of month.

No refund applicable

AmmaBa.org is not responsible for any cancellation that may occur due to any unforeseen events or acts that may prevent donation from going ahead. These events or acts may include but are not limited to war, riots, fires, floods, death, hurricanes, typhoons, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, lightning, explosions, strikes, lockdowns, lockout prolonged, shortage of energy supplies, any other natural disasters and acts of governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations. We are under no obligation to provide a refund in these circumstances. We will instead try alternative arrangements after consulting both donor and student.

Disputes:You acknowledge and agree that in the event that a dispute arises between you and another user in relation to any services that you will first attempt to resolve any differences that you have in relation to such service, including in relation to the quality of the services and products provided. If you continue to have any difficulties or problems in relation to a dispute with another user, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. AmmaBa.org will have full right and powers to decide for such a dispute. Upon receipt of a dispute, we shall have the right to request the sponsor, School and the student to provide more information or documentation in support of their claim in relation to the dispute. You agree that we have absolute discretion to accept or reject any information or document provided. You also acknowledge that we are not a judicial or alternative dispute resolution institution and that we will make the determinations only as an ordinary reasonable person. If a dispute arises between you and us, our goal is to address your concerns immediately and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a means of resolving the dispute quickly. We strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. You agree that you will not pursue any claims arising under this agreement by sole means or other representatives means and will not seek to coordinate or consolidate any arbitration or action hereunder with any other proceeding. We reserve the right to change, amend and alter donations terms under student as well as school request in the case of dispute.

Legal limitations:Your liability will be limited as far as legally possible under the applicable legislation. We may plead this user agreement in court to claim, action, proceeding or suit brought by you, against us for any matter arising out of any transaction or otherwise in respect of this user agreement.
